Coctial waste unit for the IMC Bartender Modular Bar System
Designed for the preparation and disposal of all forms of organic bar waste simply and conveniently with no need to empty waste bins
This compact unit incorporates a dishwasher safe prep board and integrated food waste disposer unit
The waste disposal unit is loacted within a small sink, this unit requires water and waste connections
It is recommended that to reduce the chance of blocked waste that a fall of 1:7 is achieved in the waste pipework.

Please note that this unit is supplied with one leg frame only, in a run of equipment this unit shares a leg frame with the next unit along. At the end of the bar run, or where a bridge section is used an additional leg frame will be required - this can be ordered separately.
