Roller Grill PSR 400G Gas Griddle with Decarbonised Steel Plate

The steel plate of the gas griddle PSR 400 G is 10 mm thick. With a temperature rise of less than 10 minutes the decarbonised steel plate is of sufficient thickness to sear meat, fish and vegetables, providing a good contact cooking for a direct heat transfer to the food to be cooked.
The griddle plate is equipped with a double piezo ignition and two adjustment knobs
The even temperature over the entire cooking surface is due to two gas burners. Both star-shaped burners cover the entire surface of the steel plate
Thanks to the independent control of the 2 cooking zones, you can alternate and vary the cooking on the 400 mm wide plate.
It is equipped with two safety thermocouples: in the event of a malfunction or gas leak, the thermocouple automatically stops the steel plate for safety.
The juices and grease are drained into the fully removable drawer which can be cleaned in a dishwasher. After intensive use and after disconnecting the professional griddle plate, it is possible to deglaze the still hot cooking plate with cold water or some ice cubes
