The RBE25 will cook 25 birds in approx 80 minutes
Trough baskets swing around a central spit and are capable of holding whole birds as well as drumsticks, wings, etc that cannot be skewered
Can be opened from front and back and having glass on all four sides is ideal for a front window location to take full advantage of the theatre of cooking
Incoloy armoured heating elements in the doors and quarts infrared elements mounted in the ceiling of the chamber
