Charvet Premier Ranges 2
Over 80 years one thing that remains constant is Charvet's dedication to making truly heavy duty, powerful, robust and great looking prime cooking equipment.
Customers include some of the world's top Michelin starred chefs, including many well known French restaurants, Guy Martin - Le Grand Vefour, Paris; Patrick Bertron - La Cote D'Or Buddha Bar Paris; Christophe Marchais - Le Ciel De Paris, Tour Montparnasse.
Unlike most other manufacturers, Charvet still uses the tradional 'Chassis' or frame as the basis for its ranges. Chassis provide great strength, allow for flexibility in design and also make it easier to maintain over their long working life. Charvet bespoke ranges that have been installed in The Dorchester are now 25 years old, but you can expect at least a lifespan of 15 years from even the modular equipment.
Charvet catering equipment is also surprisingly cost effective even considering their superb build quality, by not having to make capital investments every four to five years installing Charvet equipment makes an excellent long term capital investment.
Charvet Pro 700 Series
The Pro700 series is medium-sized but heavy duty modular equipment. At only 700mm deep, it is perfect for restricted space where powerful and durable equipment is required. Highly competitively priced and perfect for the smaller kitchen, Pro 700 offers highly reliable induction hotplates and a 60-strong choice of gas or electric modules including burners, solid top, smooth chrome coated or steel plancha, ribbed and smooth griddles, fryers, chargrills, pasta cooker, bains marie and static oven.
Charvet Pro 700 - Leasing
The costs of a Charvet range are probably much lower than you might think, for example the suite in the image above has a fryer, plancha, oven range with open burners and a solid top, pasta cooker along with storage space. An established business could expect to pay approximately £450 per week over five years on lease finance (subject to status and approval) for this suite.
The Charvet Pro 700 series can be configured to your specification, contact us for more information and lease deals on Charvet's long lasting quality cooking suites.
Charvet Extend Concept
Charvet Extend Concept is a more affordable entry level into bespoke ranges. Measuring 1000mm deep, a personalized cooking suite can be built from standard Charvet components to form any length of cooking unit, finished off with a hygienic 3mm one piece top. When designed as an island/peninsular suite Chefs can work on both sides of the suite towards the pass, improving efficiency in the kitchen. Extend can also feature pass-through ovens and hot
cupboards big enough for a whole lamb!
Charvet manufactures the only induction cooking hobs capable of operating directly above the oven. Induction comes into its own where high power cooking is required throughout the day; it also reduces heat in the kitchen and cuts the amount of overhead ventilation required. Charvet induction is also high power 5kW is the standard but we also offer 3kW and it is designed with a minimum 10 year life.
Featuring a single 20mm thick steel plate (measuring 700mm X 500mm deep), the Plancha is heated by four 3kW elements, offering all the grunt required by chefs it can cook at surface
temperatures up to a massive 450 degC! Featuring four different heat zones, it is ideal for teppanyaki cooking, or where a mix of hot and cooler sections prove the ideal cooking format for service.
Charvet Pro 800 and 900 series
The Professional 800 and 900 series offer comprehensive gas, electric and induction equipment, with 2mm thick stainless steel tops or 3mm fully one-piece tops and plating shelves up to 180mm deep. Ranges can be wall or island configuration or cantilevered.
