The Eikon range from Merrychef combines ultra-short cooking times with ultra-high energy efficiency and the user friendly easyTouch screen allows any user to operate regardless of skill or experience

The Eikon e3s is the most flexible of all the Merrychef range of ovens thanks to it's turntable for even cooking and a three tier cavity providing flexibilty for baking and cooking. Up to five times faster than standard cooking methods the e3s is ideal for cafes, bars, bakeries and convenience stores. The built-in catalytic converter means in most cases no costly ventilation is required meaning the unit can be positioned either front or back of house.
