The Optimum modular underbar system has been engineered to deliver a new standard in performance, hygiene and ergonomics for modern commercial bars. Designed around efficient service flow, Optimum brings together durable stainless-steel construction, practical functionality and flexible modular design to create a highly productive workspace for bar staff.

Manufactured from full 304 grade stainless steel with a satin finish, Optimum is built for the demands of high-use commercial environments. Its carefully considered working heights and unit depths help reduce unnecessary movement and support comfortable, efficient operation throughout the working day. Units bolt together to create a continuous workspace, with height-adjustable feet allowing accurate levelling during installation.

Available in two configurations, Optimum provides flexibility to suit different applications and operator preferences. The standard Optimum system has an 800mm working height and 505mm depth, while Optimum+ offers a 900mm working height and 600mm depth. Both systems provide the same integrated approach to bar design, allowing individual modules to be combined into a cohesive underbar solution.

The versatility of Optimum makes it suitable for a wide variety of bar layouts and applications. A range of unit widths, corner tops and bar supports allows individual modules to be configured around the available space, while plain and perforated bridge tops provide continuous working surfaces, drainage zones and options for integrated waste management.
